Help us carry Africa's commerce.
KANGORA lets people shop many merchants in one basket and receive one predictable delivery. We are raising a seed round to open our first Lagos hubs, put drivers on dense routes and prove the model before we scale.
Why this round exists
Online shopping in Nigeria breaks at delivery. Each merchant ships separately, costs are unpredictable and customers wait for several riders. KANGORA fixes the middle with hubs and routes.
Prove the promise
Show that one basket from many merchants can reach the customer in one delivery, next day or in two days, at a profit.
Build route density
Concentrate orders in a few Lagos zones so each driver trip carries more packages and earns more.
Lay the rails
Create the merchant, hub and driver systems, including SMS and USSD, that can be repeated in other African cities.
Many merchants, one customer-facing order
Packages consolidated at the hub
Predictable, not instant, so routes stay efficient
Customer addresses are never exposed publicly
Use of funds: ₦900M over 18 months
Most of the money goes into things customers can feel: hubs, drivers, and a shop that works. Percentages are planning figures.
Three Lagos hubs (Yaba, Ikeja, Lekki), scanners, racking, vehicle leases and fuel.
Marketplace, seller recommendation, order splitter, route engine, driver app and SMS/USSD layer.
Onboarding 300 merchants, launch promos and first-order discounts in target zones.
Hub managers, dispatch, support, finance and engineers.
Merchant payout float, insurance, licences, legal and a safety buffer.
Milestones the seed round should reach
Active Lagos hubs
Verified merchants
Contracted drivers
